The Gov Cup is a funky place that offers several vegan bagel sandwiches. I chose the Visions of Johanna on a multi-grain Spielman Bagel. The tempeh with piquillo and balsamic provided awesome flavor enhancers. The sandwich ate a little messy, but I was okay with that. :) Scroll through images to see other vegan menu options.
