Vegan Dry Vermicelli

I actually had this at Pacific Plaza. But here was no option for it on this platform. Anyway, this is a fresh, light dish though could do with more herbs & chilli 🌶️.

Simple dry #noodles , nice #fried #tofu but portion of vegetables could be better 😅
