Vermicelli with mock grilled beef and spring rolls

The mock beef and spring rolls are incredible. The curly stuff is pork floss. I only ordered this bowl oncce to try it, but every time I've gone since, I prefer just the mock beef skewers as an app and the noodle soup bowl instead of vermicelli noodles. The mock beef has as a great flavour and chewy texture.

Excellent and a favourite for non vegan family members too. Great presentation of the pieces which were compressed with a texture that was very meaty. Excellent sauce that replaces the fish sauce and freshness of vegetables. A must have!
