Vegetarian Prawns in Sweet and sour sauce with rice

This was probably the only vegan option for a lunch meal in The Lost World part of Universal Studios Singapore! Very poor choices around the park but this was not bad - we had to ask the staff if the prawns were vegan and i took their word for it. Tasty Chinese style dish with a basic sweet and sour sauce. The prawns were made of tofu what the staff said and it was chewy and ok in flavour. High price if dish but that’s everything in the theme park.
