Described as deep fried suji, seasonal vegetables and cashew nuts in sweet chilli sauce. Pretty
sure the suji is Lamyong Salted Crispy Chicken which is fkn DELICIOUS, although I prefer it when served straight from the fryer. As here when it was coated in sauce it lost some of its addictive crunchiness and became a little chewy. Very generous serving as always for Vegeme, but I managed to get through the whole plate. All in all a solid dish, but not my favourite from here and not sure I’d order this one again.
