The stall has moved and expanded to a larger spot within the same #foodcourt 🤗 Good that they no longer have to share space with an #omnivore establishment! You aren’t looking at a #spicy variant or anything (if you’re comparing with other photos of the dish by other reviewers) but they did offer to add #chillioil so I simply had to oblige 😋 As a Malaysian #welikeitspicy 🌶️ The #pho is still less #gao than what you’d get at “The Kind Bowl” but it’s still #soyummy 💆♀️ A #healthyvegan alternative perhaps? 🤔 …until you realise how #fakemeat heavy this is 🤭 I’m not #wholefoodplantbased so it’s a very much a yummy #veganchicken alternative to their #veganbeef main which otherwise maintains and gets all the right things right 😉 I think the #seitan they use here is more #protein heavy too 💪 It’s a good shout if you love #ricenoodles like I do. Other than that you can expect a block of #tofu, some #mushrooms 🍄🟫, cabbage 🥬, mint 🌿, and parsley 🪴 I think it’s safe for #evilweed avoiders but don’t take my non-soap-mouth words for it 🤷♀️
Really really enjoyed this one. It’s tasty, healthy, broth is light but flavourful,n very generous with the ingredients. Thr’s #tofu, #mockchicken salami, #beansprouts and the #glassnoodles were not the soggy types. Had to have it with their sambal n #chillipadi of course. Really glad to hv this eatery in this part of town as it’s very reasonably priced.
Vermicelli noodles served with seitan 'chicken', 'ham', 'fishcake' tofu, fried beancurd, king oyster mushrooms, lettuce, and cilantro in umami broth. Tasty, not greasy, and with a good variety of ingredients! 🍜🍗🍄 Vegan Pho is currently still sharing a space with an omni stall, with separate cooking equipment! They've extended opening hours for supper, i.e. Sun to Thu 10am-11.30pm, Fri to Sat 10am-1am, but with +$1 charge after 9pm~ ⏰ (Allium-free option available without onion toppings, $6.80) #sgvegan #vietnamese #msgfree #minorityowned #womenowned
