Veganburg has done it again! Produce an innovative AND super delicious burger! This was so

on point, I felt like I was eating Mala Xiang Guo in a burger. LOL! I love the crunchy celery in it, and the peanuts as well....so delicious.

Really wanted to try this seasonal special 🍔 it has a nice meaty patty that

goes well with the spicy chilli sauce 🌶 not numbing but spicy which I'm fine with. Pretty spicy for me, I sipped the drink to offset that. It has a nice mix of ingredients. The most expensive burger at $13.90.

The mala sauce was tasty and had good level of spiciness.
It was a little chore

to have to spit out the peppercorn shells though.

Above all, it was very tasty.

Oof, I think I’ve said this so many times, but one of the positives of

VeganBurg is that they fuse burgers with local Singaporean flavors ! Honestly a great way to not miss out on any local delights while still being vegan.

The spice builds up so like the first bite, you don’t feel much but after awhile it gets hotter and hotter but the hotness level of this house made mala sauce is very tolerable and very enjoyable. The peanuts and celery (I think, well some vegetables) give a very nice crunch to the burger as well.

This is a limited edition burger made for the lunar new year and honestly... awesome :)

Overall: 9.5/10 #veganuary #burger #lunarnewyear 🎎🧧🏮

This burger literally felt like the patty was just dipped in the Mala Base and

slapped onto the burger. It was also lacking either some cheese or sauce of some kind; it fell a little flat as is. I really wanted to like this but it was quite a letdown. Wouldn’t recommend this ❌

Interesting flavor on a burger! It's pretty spicy and it does leave your tongue with

the numbing feeling of mala - didn't really like the peanut bits on the patty though mostly coz it kept falling off. Worth a try but some of the other burgers (creamy shrooms 🤩) still rank higher for me!

Super underwhelming unfortunately. Texture and taste was completely off - didn't expect to be biting

into peanuts and chills in my burger. It does what it's advertises though - numbs your mouth 😅 #veganuary

Got veganburg's new seasonal special last week. I wasnt sure if I would like to

try this out given the mixed reviews but since it is their first launch, I thought no harm! According to their website, it was a grilled mushroom patty dipped in their mala sauce and topped up with carameliaed onions, cucumbers
, corainder and mayo. I added a vegan egg and sauteed mushrooms for a more substanitial meal. Taste wise, it is not as good as their originals as I feel that the mala was somehow lacking in flavour. It is more numb than spicy. It is not as spicy as I would have liked and I feel that the mayo on top should have been replaced with a spicy type to kick it off. The vegan egg did not go well with the burger this time but its ok. A little disappointed with the new launch but 5 stars for the creativity. Hope they can improve on the flavour of mala. Otherwise, texture of patty, bun to filling ratio are all on point!

Mala fortune burger is their seasonal CNY burger. Consisting of grilled soy patty, romaine lettuce,

celery, dried chilli, roasted peanuts and their mala sauce.

First time trying this burger (and most probably the last time). It has the bold and spicy mala flavours which I do like but I feel that the ingredients didn’t quite come through together.

Seasonal set came with tater tots and yuzu lemonade. Tots were great but the yuzu lemonade was way too sweet.

Sorry for the full picture; forgot to take an individual picture :(.
I really really

liked it! It was spicy and it had every Mala's best part: peanuts. I was very sceptical about the celery but it gave such a nice crunch. I would highly recommend getting the whole meal because the yuzu drink really helps with your tongue numbing spice
