The owner of BeingSattvaa personally recommended this out-of-menu vegan dish that their chef whips up and I couldn’t resist ordering it. Glad I did because it was just so delicious. The vegan cheese melts in your mouth and the zucchini is so crunchy yet delicately uplifting in this dish
