Vegan YuSheng

This Yusheng was so fresh. I loved the sauce that came with it and the crunch of those fried bits made added to the complexity of the flavors! #vegancny 🎆

Tangy and refreshing!! I would get this for my own extended family cny gathering due to my aunts being paranoid over eating raw fish 😂

It was my first time, celebrating the #vegancny i i enjoyed the ritual.i loved the "salad" too. Would like it less sweet.

很多好料，但我觉得太过甜。糖份至少一半就比较好。也有素三文鱼，很特别！我通常在家吃姑姑做的自制鱼生。我还是觉得自制比较好吃和健康，因为这个鱼生太甜。 Chinese New Year isn’t complete without yusheng! Stoked to try it at a restaurant as I always eat the homemade one by my aunt. While this has many ingredients, I find it WAY TOO SWEET. I think they should use half the sugar or less. So yes, I still prefer the homemade one using fresh apples and carrots. A bonus that this had vegan salmon, though it was more of texture than taste like the real salmon is. Crackers are always the highlight of the dish! #vegancny #chinesenewyear

Para año nuevo Chino es típico este plato (la versión real es con pescado) la idea es entre un grupo de gente revolver y lanzarlo hacia arriba pidiendo los deseos del nuevo año❤️ Estaba riquísimo!!!
