很多好料,但我觉得太过甜。糖份至少一半就比较好。也有素三文鱼,很特别!我通常在家吃姑姑做的自制鱼生。我还是觉得自制比较好吃和健康,因为这个鱼生太甜。

Chinese New Year isn’t complete without yusheng! Stoked to try it at a restaurant as I always eat the homemade one by my aunt. While this has many ingredients, I find it WAY TOO SWEET. I think they should use half the sugar or less. So yes, I still prefer the homemade one using fresh apples and carrots. A bonus that this had vegan salmon, though it was more of texture than taste like the real salmon is. Crackers are always the highlight of the dish! #vegancny #chinesenewyear
