Vegan Vegetable Samosa

Crispy crust and filled with potatoes and other veggies. I like samosas even more with Mint Chutney, which they didn't have, but nonetheless, this fulfilled my late-night craving after a movie right across the street! #aloha

Bursting with flavor and nice flaky outside. Some samosas are bland or heavy but this is not. #aloha
