Love love love this place! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ My buddy Javier and his wife Sharon run this awesome healthy grain bowl spot and I just love starting every week dropping into see them and get a super healthy and delicious lunch. This place is all about grains and they have lots of choices, but I’m trying to cut carbs where I can (saying this after eating pasta for lunch today) and so I get kale instead of grains and load it up with fresh bean sprouts and other veggies. The bowl you see here has a coconut curry sauce on top, which was perfect with the huge serving of marinated tofu! Absolutely delicious lunch with our abillion team! They also have a vegan option on the menu which looks really good but I always end up going my own way. #graintraders #singapore #salad #bowls #grainbowl

All these incredibly delicious veggies that are prepared oh so perfectly and served on a bed of fresh kale and spinach, and topped off with marinated tofu that resembles paneer more than tofu. This is normally a grain bowl with a choice of three different grains but I got mine with greens today. This meal was every bit delicious, no compromise on taste but something I could feel great about. The second photo is the owner, Javier Pérez, who is working his butt off to show people in Singapore 🇸🇬 that healthy food can also be incredibly delicious.
