What a lovely take on an old favourite even though (rather unfortunately) the Herbivore patty

hadn't been cooked through (it was cold in the middle). The best part is the tofu egg - simply delicious. I'd have it again (next time with a nice hot patty (hopefully)).

Delicious breakfast muffin, the tofu slice is my favourite part in it, I actually thought

it was Just Egg. Muffin just a tad too salty for me though

I love their brekkie muffins. It's quite tasty. This one is the gourmet version with

tomato, onion and mushies extra.
