Vegan Red Velvet Cupcake

I loved the presentation with the “v” on the cupcake but it only adds presentation value as it doesn’t add flavor. The icing was nice- definitely sweet but not too sweet. I’m not a huge red velvet fan but it was the only vegan cupcake they had. Thad said, I enjoyed it.

Overall this is a good vegan option, but I think they have a bit more tweaking of the recipe to do, the frosting has a very strong coconut taste to me that needs to be toned down a bit

Extremely cute cupcake in Chicago. Very surprised/happy they had a vegan option and it didn't disappoint! We used the Cupcake ATM and it was very fast as well. : )

This is my all time hands down favorite dessert! I love red velvet cupcakes from Sprinkles! I was given them for for 31st birthday! Thank you Sprinkles! Can you make some more vegan flavors? My son would love a vegan confetti cake flavor for his upcoming birthday. Just a thought!!

This cupcake was probably the best i’ve ever had, it was so tasty! The only vegan option at the atm I visited was the red velvet (a classic!) but I hope they will extend their offering as these are comparable to regular cupcakes in taste! A bit pricey, but great experience getting them from the atm.
