Vegan pancakes

I liked everything about this meal… except for the #pancakes. The meal came suspiciously quickly which was nice, but it made me think maybe their pancakes aren’t freshly made in the #restaurant, and the taste confirmed my thoughts. They tasted like cheap vanilla cupcakes and were really dry and stodgy. The homemade jam was also quite sickly. However, I really enjoyed all the other prettily presented toppings and the actual place is really lovely, but I’ll definitely get something else next time. #pancake #veganpancakes #brunch #breakfast #veganbrunch #veganpancake #veganlisbon

The vegan pancakes from Zenith in Lisbon, Portugal. The plate looked really nice but the pancakes were veryyy dry. Had to take a sip of my drink with every bite.

Delicious vegan pancakes that are light and fluffy with peanut butter, jelly, and fruit. There is a 0.50€ surcharge for plant milk in the coffee.
