Vegan Pad Thai

Just some really yummy classic pad thai! I love the way they cook their tofu.

This was good! I had it for delivery so the photo isn’t as pretty, but I was impressed with Jasmine 26’s vegan selection. The Pad Thai was pretty average tasting. Would be better fresh, I’m sure. #padthai #jasmine26

Jasmine 26 is my favorite place for take-out, delivery or dining in. Should have just stopped at "my favorite place." Ordered delivery of the pad thai, which was amazing as usual and has become my go-to comfort food. If you're looking for vegan in the Twin Cities, this place is a must-try!
