One of the dishes I chose to make as part of their cooking class, and

boy is it tasty! It’s quite simple — fried rice with veggies, cashews, and raisins. The sesame seeds on top give it an extra bit of flavour too.

Not the best pineapple fried rice I had. It was dry and had too much

turmeric. But the soy protein was tasted nice!
