Vegan Gyoza

The vegan dumplings skin was quite good , nice crunch . The inside must have been a mix of veggies but could not discern what they were , very mild flavor .

These vegan gyoza were a 2 for 1 deal! I found them pretty decent. Nice crispy wrapper and filling is umami although I don’t think they were filled enough.
