Vegan Green Curry

They have more spicy and less spicy. I chose in between, and that was just nice.

Spicy, aromatic, and creamy green curry brimming with vegetables including baby eggplant (perfectly silky soft without being slimy or bitter), baby corn, carrot, and broccoli! 🍆🌽🥕🥦 The dish came with a choice of tofu (good for those who prefer less processed ingredients) or #sglocal #foreverbyshandiglobal 'chicken' pieces made using non-GMO pea protein, chickpeas, quinoa, flaxseeds, and brown rice. Yummy green curry~ lucky there is abundance of veggies. Wish they are still using Heura instead of this new plant based chicken. Not that it’s bad but Heura is amazing~ unlikely I’d order this again cos no likey the faux chix~ Good thing Bangkok Jam has many vegan options~ go try~ 🤍🌸
