Vegan Goat Cheese

This is so good we’ve gotten it the last two times we’ve been here. The variety of flavors and textures came together so perfectly with vegan goat cheese (made with cashews), raspberry jam, an apple pistachio slaw, and greens. #veganisnotscary

There are so many interesting flavors in this dish! The raspberry jam was delicious and sweet, the apple slaw was amazing and included apples, red onion, and pistachios, an the fried vegan goat cheese was a nice warm and creamy addition. This was a perfect meal for a hot October day overlooking Superior! At $16 it's a bit expensive, but it on par with the other dishes here. #veganisnotscary
