Vegan Fusilli Bowl

🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 No better way to start a work week with the abillion team than this incredibly #delicious and #nutritious custom grain bowl from one of my favorite spots in #Singapore, #autobus. Seaweed salad, cherry tomatoes, roasted cauliflower, edamame and crispy chickpeas, covered in seeds and sitting on a bed of perfectly cooked fusilli pasta. Hooray 💪🏽

We used to go here a lot when the abillion office was around the corner but it’s been a while and I went back for the first time in a couple of years. For me food doesn’t get much better than when I can feel healthy and also feel like I’m indulging a little. That’s how I feel when I get a custom bowl here with all my favorite veggies and carbs! For this bowl I got curried cauliflower, edamame, pumpkin, crispy chickpeas and fusilli topped with pumpkin seeds and olive oil. It was incredibly delicious and I’ve been craving going back ever since! Great to see the Autobus still making great vegan options.
