The elote pizza is one of my favorites from Lucé! It's a great summertime pizza with tajin-spiced corn, jalapeños, green onions, Herbivorous Butcher bacon, vegan cheese, and cilantro aioli on their spicy olive oil based bianca sauce. It's a pretty spicy pizza, so if I'm not feeling the heat, I take off the jalapeños and add extra corn. The cilantro aioli really makes this pizza shine!
