The fake fish was quite realistic. Not sure how fresh it was, avocado was browning as can be seen in photo. Dipped in wasabi and soy sauce was just like the fishy sushi. Too much plastic packaging unfortunately #plantbased #plantbased #vegansushi #sushi

This vegan sashimi and sushi roll were incredible! I've tried other vegan sushi "fish", and it is so obviously just trying to imitate actual raw fish. This is the first time I've had to double check the ingredients, as its taste and texture were so close to the real thing. I *will* have this again. Please bring this to the States!
