Vegan Croissants

Their croissants are so good! Flaky, crispy, baked just to perfection. You honestly could not tell they are vegan—but they are!

Ok so we all know how hard it is to find vegan pastries especially things like croissants. #beetbox in Denver will hook you up with fresh croissants every morning. Overall I found them dense and heavy but the mushroom one was really awesome and I'd go back for that.
