Vegan Caesar Salad

This vegan ceasar is good, but not my favorite option at Local Foods. While all the ingredients are fresh and tasty, I just don’t find it that filling. Adding a side of tofu is possible but makes the whole dish expensive. #houstonvegan #salad 🥬

I usually steer away from salads when other vegan options are available, but this isn’t your typical salad. These fresh greens are loaded with crispy butternut squash, cashew cheese, croutons, radish, and topped with spiced pecans. All these ingredients work amazingly together creating the perfect textural crunch in each bite.
