Vegan ‘Ayam’ Geprek

Loved this dish! The sambal was very spicy and the flakyish texture of the chickn resembled real meat. Pricey, but I still think about this dish long after my visit. A must-try, especially for those who are craving Indonesian chicken dishes or are transitioning to the veg life!
