Truffle Bacon Mac & Cheese

This was @curtistheweirdcat’s favourite dish from Unity Diner and it’s indeed a bomb!! The #cheeze sauce is to die for, and the truffle gives it the #umami touch. The #pasta is well cooked, and although in general I do prefer pasta al dente, a softer texture fits this kind of dish perfectly😊 #veganlondon

Non sono una fan del mac'n cheese...ma questo era da paura! Meglio che a NY! Lo considerano un "side" ma era un piatto molto abbondante. Mangiato in due come antipasto.

I'm usually not a big fan of mac & Cheese, but omg was this delicious! The only problem: it disappeared too quickly from my plate :)
