This was @curtistheweirdcat’s favourite dish from Unity Diner and it’s indeed a bomb!! The #cheeze sauce is to die for, and the truffle gives it the #umami touch. The #pasta is well cooked, and although in general I do prefer pasta al dente, a softer texture fits this kind of dish perfectly😊
