I was impressed with Umami Burger’s vegan Impossible Burger selection. I don’t love #Impossible, but

it’s great for people who like the taste of meet! I liked how creative their vegan burgers were: this one was packed with great ingredients. A sweet BBQ sauce, a crunch of cole slaw, and a punch of jalapeño and salsa! The burger was cooked nicely, too.

I thought this burger would be fun to try since it was kind of like

a vegan take on a Sloppy Joe, or just a backyard BBQ burger. The Impossible patty was seasoned with a sweet and smoky barbeque sauce, topped with coleslaw and jalapenos. This burger was definitely way more unique than the last one, and it was AMAZING. I loved the smokiness of flavors, and the jalapenos added such a nice kick that kept me wanting more.
