I wasn't sure how this would turn out, but I'm glad I gave it a try. Cedele sourdough has a distinct sour aroma (and taste) which might not work for some, but it does for me. Blending in turmeric was a good show of creativity! The herby aroma blends well with the sourness, and taste wise, the turmeric leaves a spicy aftertaste.
Bread is chewy, which I like...
