Tteokbokki

The rice cake was chewy. Noodles were on the softer side but still retained a bite to it. It wasn’t too spicy :)

Now named Rabokki in the menu! Rice cakes and instant noodles drenched in sweet and spicy sauce. Since the authentic version usually comes with fishcake or boiled egg in addition to the carbs, I personally would have liked a bit of plant-based alternative for protein and variety in texture, like taupok / yuba / 'seafood' tofu. Might have alliums hence vegan ok. This is a bit sweet..and fillings. Good for sharing!This non veg restaurant has vege/vegan menu.
