peanuts, bok choy, diced tomatoes and green onions, and cilantro. Hearty, comforting, and satisfying, with rich savory flavors, it is no surprise that this is a popular dish of the Shan State, home to most of the Shan people, the largest ethnic group in Myanmar/Burma. I show it both before and after mixing.
