Non è veramente una pizza, ma una pinsa romana, con pomodoro San Marzano, basilico, parmigiano
vegano e un sostituto vegetale per la carne macinata. Molto buona!

It’s actually a pinsa and not a pizza even though there is a similarity. The
topping reminded me of a lasagna. Overall pretty good, very meaty and way more filling than expected.
