Tofu Scramble on Sourdough Toast

I loved this delicious scrambled tofu on sourdough toast with sliced zucchini and avocado. It was the perfect start to a beautiful day in Kennedy Town in Hong Kong. This restaurant is right on the HK harbor waterfront where the famous “Instagram Pier” where everyone loves to take photos!
