Tofu Scramble

This is a wonderfully tasty and filling meal without feeling guilty of causing any pain and suffering and or towards yourself in regards to your health 😜. The dressing for the salad wasn’t too much. The toast wasn’t over toasted. The potatoes are a delight. My only thing of constructive criticism is that the tofu scramble could use a little more seasoning. That is all and I would happily get this meal again.

This may be some of the best tofu scramble I’ve had. It’s simple but it’s so good. The sourdough bread was on point and potatoes are always amazing! #veganisnotscary
