You can only go to this restaurant if you’re a guest at the hotel, or if you know about it. It is not located among other publicly accessible shops, allowing you to accidentally find it. If you’re not a guest, you have to sign in with a security guard who will allow you to go to the 4th floor of the hotel to the restaurant. Thankfully, I had looked it up before my trip. It’s only open until 2:00 pm. Upon entering the restaurant, I was asked if I minded it being a 100% vegan restaurant. My response was “Absolutely not. That’s why I’m here.” 😊 It’s Las Vegas’ only 100% vegan restaurant! I rarely order dessert in a restaurant, but I decided to today because I was in a 100% vegan restaurant. The reason is that simple! It’s always comforting, knowing that you don’t have to ask for any modifications to be made to any of the menu items to accommodate your vegan lifestyle. The entire menu is available to you. This banana bread was so fresh. The slice was thick. I really wanted a second slice, but refrained. Of course, the accompanying butter was also vegan. The banana bread was $5 US. The service was fast, friendly and excellent.  I definitely recommend that you support this restaurant if you’re in Las Vegas.

I thought the salad would have been on the side, but instead, it was on top. Brilliant! The taste was magnificent. There were so many flavours in every forkful. You can see the various ingredients in the first photo. The chipotle aioli was a little spicy; no complaints from me. Without hesitation, I’d order this again.  The last 2 photos are of other menu options. The chorizo frittata was $19 US. The service was fast, friendly and excellent.  I definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re in Las Vegas.

That’s why I’m here.” 😊 It’s Las Vegas’ only 100% vegan restaurant! I decided to have a very healthy Vegas Recovery Juice. I wasn’t suffering from any hangover or rough night, but was just simply looking for something healthy. This juice is a blend of beets, apple, ginger, orange, pomegranate, green tea and kale. Despite it being a little strong on the ginger, it was absolutely delicious. The ingredients are all natural and healthy. Throughout the day, I felt energetic unlike other days on this trip. Maybe I needed the boost. The juice was $10 US. The service was fast, friendly and excellent.  I definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re in Las Vegas.  The only negative comment I have is regarding the use of a straw. It wasn’t required, and frankly, a waste.

After the culinary debauchery of the previous four days, this meal was a welcomed relief. Sure, it’s still not healthy by my standards but it didn’t have such a strong aftertaste of guilt. The flavor was really fantastic. They use legit maple syrup here, like, from a TREE. The fruit was crisp and ripe and added the perfect texture to complement the soft, slight chewiness of the cakes. This restaurant is something of a healthy vegan oasis in the dirty desert.
