Nothing better than keeping it simple with all my favorite fresh veggies. I swapped out my the usual kale for locally grown spinach and it was so good!

My workout schedule has been a real mess lately thanks to our beautiful 2-year old keeping us up all night so I’ve decided that I’m going to try to eat super clean a lot more to make up for it. I started my week with this custom salad wrap at #saladstop next to my office building. It’s loaded with all my favorite veggies and kale that’s grown in Singapore 🇸🇬 thanks to our friends at #sustenir, an indoor farming startup here. Putting this in my body always makes me more mindful of my health and nutrition and gives me an opportunity to give myself a hug 🤗 in an otherwise chaotic day!

🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 on days when I’m in the office and don’t have a lunch meeting or skip lunch this is my go-to meal. It’s been a while since I posted about this wrap and nothing has changed. I get a free veggie topping for choosing #vegan - thank you SaladStop team 🙇🏽 and the veggies are always super fresh. It’s a lunch I can feel great about that nourishes 💪🏽🧠

Ok guys I know there aren’t a lot of benefits to the current situation with #covid19 but being an optimistic person I’m always looking for wins! And the fact that there’s no line at my favorite salad place near my office means I can get my favorite wrap quickly and get back to work! Nothing’s changed about this special wrap. It’s filled with all my favorite veggies and I recently stopped getting it with dressing so the wrap stays dry and that’s made it even better. They haven’t named it after me yet but I have hope! I love that people ordering vegan get an extra topping too. #saladstop
