this dish - you will thank me. There were only two dishes on the menu that were easily veganised in this somewhat vegan unfriendly place but oh my goodness this surpassed anything vegan I have ever eaten. Saffron risotto with pumpkin seed crumble and butternut shards. We asked for the wild basil pesto without added cheese. The almost not there saffron enhanced perfectly cooked risotto - all four of us called out the chef and offered to marry him and have his children. #ashers
