The Sweet Hereafter

This delicious bowl consisted of nutritional yeast breaded tofu, broccoli, and brown rice with a spicy ginger peanut sauce, topped with sesame seeds. Simple, but so satisfying as well as healthy.

Sweet Hereafter has some great dishes but this one misses the mark. Sloppily thrown together soggy tofu and broccoli over clumpy brown rice with a peanut sauce that is over salted but frustratingly has no other flavor profiles besides peanut and salt. Skip this and get another dish, there are lots of good ones here!
