Cauliflower Steak

Loved the idea of it but it wasn't on my taste. Liked it 58%, this vegetarian restaurant has better options for vegans 🙏🌱

The dish was full of flavor but the cauliflower could use some more sauce in my opinion

I had high expectations of this visually stunning dish - unfortunately, the cauliflower itself tasted off and the dip was too oily. The other elements (pumpkin, cabbage and asparagus) were flavourful and helped redeem the dish.
