Wow, what a treat! I have been having a lot of #baobuns recently (I could
eat them every day), but I was amazed by the imaginative flavour combinations and textures of this #bao! My favourite part was the generous drizzle of #srirachamayo which was sweet and creamy, and brought all the other flavours together. I also loved the little shreds of pineapple pickle, and the crunchiness of the #panko squash. The steamed dough of the #baobun was top notch. I was a little disappointed only to get one bun for £7, but it was pretty huge and surprisingly easy to halve and share.
