with fillings, which were all incredibly delicious and went together so well. The #mushroom #bulgogi is a great idea, and it did have quite a meaty texture, but my favourite parts were the sweet and sticky sauce it was cooked with, which had the tastiest, warmest flavour, and also the #miso #mayo. I enjoyed the crunchy shallots which contrasted and enhanced the lightness and fluffiness of the steamed dough. Despite only getting one #baobun for £7, there was quite a lot of food and more than enough to share.
