venture here. Keep an open mind if you try it!
🍄The filling is largely tofu with mushrooms, and I believe some potato? The texture is dense, so it's not like... Mash type of filling. Truffle is very subtle, I recall.
⚖️The crust is good for me! Holds together, but not too dry.
🌈I think it'd be great to add splash of colour to the filling, as it's largely pale yellow/ off white, which might not be as attractive as it could be. Maybe adding in spinach or minced carrot/ peas?

a thick chunk of juicy, firm, and 'meaty' (but not gamey) filling made using a blend of textured soy protein and mycoprotein. True to its name, the filling was infused with fragrant truffle oil and interspersed with diced mushrooms. 🍄 Nicely baked without being oily, and topped with cilantro for a pop of colour! 🌿 Reasonably priced too compared to the cost price of the frozen product, and quite filling for a side. Wouldn't consider it one of the must-try dishes here (since it doesn't feature cooking skills 👩‍🍳 very prominently), but still an interesting new side!
