Vegan poached egg cooked in a Middle Eastern spiced tomato stew with roasted capsicum, chickpeas,

spinach, and choice of one filling. I opted for tempeh which had quite a strong soybean taste that was slightly unpleasant. Served with slices of sourdough on the side. The soft and runny vegan poached eggs seemed to work better in this dish, because although they lacked any taste on their own, the tomato stew helped to give some flavour.
