lemongrass, fresh herbs and sprouts complimented well.

I always have to order one of these with my main. This salad is a
perfect bowl of goodness. The dressing is delicious and citrusy. Very refreshing side.
Savoury-sweet & citrusy QQ flat rice noodles (bánh phở) w fried seitan, lime, chopped peanuts,
soy mince, shredded cabbage, spring onions & fresh herbs! 🍜 Not sure if it’s just my bowl but the seitan wasn’t crispy and was dry & hard haha. Nice and not too salty mix of textures & flavours :)
Very good and flavourful bowl of noodles. Would recommend to anyone who likes dry noodles.
Its also quite spicy if you mix all the chilli in, so do rmb to take some out if you can't take too much spice.
Tastes a little like pad thai. Very yummy, just that i prefer their soup dishes
way more!
