Review of The Good Earth at The Kind Bowl by consciouscookieee

Savoury-sweet & citrusy QQ flat rice noodles (bánh phở) w fried seitan, lime, chopped peanuts, soy mince, shredded cabbage, spring onions & fresh herbs! 🍜 Not sure if it’s just my bowl but the seitan wasn’t crispy and was dry & hard haha. Nice and not too salty mix of textures & flavours :)
