If you’re coming here you HAVE to get this to share (or for yourself, I

don’t judge 😅). Tempeh is such an underdog in this vegan scene and people need to pay more attention to it! Packed with protein yet so delicious especially in this dish with a great dip to go with it!

The tempeh tasted bland and no spices for the batter at all. The sauce is

Probably unhealthy but impossible to stop eating (as it is with many unhealthy foods). The

sauce is sour and spicy but has a nice cooling (?) feeling, almost like menthol
