These noodle were topped with bamboo shoots and tofu, sautéed bean sprouts, steamed bok choy, green onions, and garlic chips.
And… crispy pumpkin! 🎃 Who knew pumpkin could taste so good? Especially in ramen! 🍜
The quantity was enough for 4 people along with a starter.
