Kimchi Jeon (Kimchi Pancake)

This was lovely. They slapped on a “chilli” icon in the menu and placed a fat slice of chilli on the pancake…… bbbuttttt… it was not spicy at all! Weird way of hate keeping this from those who can’t tolerate spicy food. 😂 It tasted really good though. Had a lovely crisp going. #kimchi #pancake #kimchipancakes #korean #veganisnotscary

Probably the dish that I enjoyed the most. The #kimchi provided that light #spicy edge to the #pancake, and I also enjoyed the light crisp that served as a nice counterbalance to the moist softness of the subsurface layers 🙂 Came with a pot of soy sauce for dipping, worked well

Pancake was nice! A little little little salty for my liking tho! :) but it was so much nicer than other pancakes in SG

Slightly crispy at the edges, while the rest of the pancake was quite soft. Savoury and mildly spicy, seemed to be somewhat tastier than the Daehwa Vegetarian version I ate recently. (Allium-free, $9) #sgkoreanfood #socialenterprise
