
I love my #noodles but I'm really bad at telling them apart one from the other 😅 #sweetpotato? I would have thought these were just glass noodles. Anyway, these were bigged up by @dafnelately so I ordered them, but I then found the flavour to be a bit flat. They gave me a helping of gochujang to enliven this up as little 😅 The biggest crime though? Chopping up the #evilweed into infinitesimally small pieces that made it impossible to extract everything. Life is #betterwithoutcoriander ffs 🤮

I liked how there were a lot of vegetables in it. It is not too salty too.
One year past & I’m back here again - with the same omnivore friend no less 😋 I think their #japchae has got even better! I don’t know why, but I seem to mind the absolute volume of #bellpeppers in this even less 🫑 It’s more #mushroom packed than I remember too, improving an already excellent dish 🙌 I’d still pair it with a side of #tofu both because this is otherwise lacking in protein & because they generally have a great sides 😙#throwbackthursday
